Solo PHG
The sport combines the gentle flight characteristics of the paragliding canopy with a engine and propeller that is attached to the paramotor. The pilot and propulsion system are suspended from the canopy and flight is controlled by distorting the shape of the flexible wing.
No aircraft registration is required so long as the vehicle stays within the boundaries of the regulation. No pilot’s license is needed, either. That said, budding powered paraglider fliers should seek some form of training before taking to the skies.
Tandem PHG
The three-wheelers glider provides superior connection of aerodynamics, functionality, comfort and modern design.
Comfort is provided by high-quality upholstered seats and the adjustable foot control allows even a tall pilot to hide his knees behind the wind shield. The structure is made of duralumin tubes supplemented with welded steel parts ensuring high strength and flexibility. The three-wheeler design is composed of laminated covers. The slim three-wheeler design results in low frontal resistance and the large lateral surface behind the centre of gravity, along with the direction indicators on the wheel guards, ensures excellent directional stability and pleasant cornering behaviour. The low weight of the three-wheeler using a suitable engine ranks it in the microlight category.
